The neighbourhood offers all the main services: parking, 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria, bar. All the local and tourist attractions can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

You can drive to within approximately 70–80 meters of the location. The nearest station is Lake Como. Within a 15-minute walk, negotiating a small climb, you'll be at the house. From the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and lake.
