the apartment, located on the third floor of a building without a lift, has been completely renovated, the rooms are bright and welcoming. It is located in the city centre a stone's throw from the historic centre and the central San Giovanni station, also the terminus of the main bus lines. The neighbourhood offers all the main services: parking, 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria, bar. All the local and tourist attractions can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Very spacious bathroom and shower, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable and wide beds. As soon as you leave, you will find yourself in the historic center, a five-minute walk from the lake and the main squares. On request we provide paid parking in front of the apartment. You can drive to within approximately 70–80 meters of the location. The nearest station is Lake Como. Within a 15-minute walk, negotiating a small climb, you'll be at the house. From the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and lake.

Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
