Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch für 2-Personen, Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett und einen Schminktisch mit LED sowie ein Duschbad runden die Wohnung ab. Wir bieten Ihnen kostenloses WLAN, kostenlose Parkplätze sowie werden Bettwäsche und Handtücher von uns gestellt. Die Altstadt Schwerin ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Quiet city apartment

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 300 Jahre alten Fachwerkhaus. Sie ist sehr geräumig und trotz Zentrumsnähe absolut ruhig. Die Sanierung erfolgte unter ökologischen Gesichtspunkten. Durch die alten Lehmwände herrscht ein natürliches Raumklima, sie bedürfen allerdings besonderer Lüftungsregeln, an die sich der Mieter halten muss. Es darf von Oktober bis April nur nach dem Stosslüftungsprinzip gelüftete werden (ca. 10 min Querlüften morgens und abends). Einen Fernseher gibt es nicht.

Entspannt Euch mit der ganzen Familie in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Unser Ferienhaus liegt ruhig gelegen in einem 14 Einwohner Ort in einem kleinen Wald. Es ist herrlich ruhig und lädt zum entspannen ein. Vor allem für Familien mit Kindern ist unser Hof ein schöner Ort zum erholen und ausspannen. Im großen Garten mit Schafen, Hühnern und zwei Katzen gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Erkunden. Zur Ostsee sind es mit dem Auto 35 Min., Schwerin 20 Min., Wismar 20 Min.

Urlaub machen inmitten der historischen Altstadt. Diese gemütliche und zudem super zentral gelegene Wohnung, befindet sich im Stadtkern der schönen Landeshauptstadt Schwerin und ist somit der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge bzw. Exkursionen jeglicher Art. Das Schloss; das Theater; der Dom; Restaurants; Cafés, ÖPNV etc. sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Mit ihren 2,5 lichtdurchfluteten Räumen bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.
