Very well located, it offers all the amenities for a friendly stay (comfortable bedding even in the dormitory, several spaces for everyone to find their place, charming terrace with view, spacious garden and garage for ping pong games and other games, etc.). The exchange with Géraldine went very well, the indications were clear and she was accommodating with the schedules. In short, a very good place that I recommend and will remember for future cousins!

Lovely stay and great communication

Super small accommodation, very pleasant, very well furnished, every corner is optimized, furnished with care, you feel very good there. Quiet environment, beautiful view of the castle. The parking is a real plus, the small terrace allows you to sit quietly outside admiring the castle. Shops and restaurants nearby, everything is within walking distance. We recommend.

Great stay with friends in the big house. Very simple and clear communication with Emmanuel. The place was very functional for 12 people. We also enjoyed the accessible games. The proximity to Dinan and even Rennes was a plus too. We would highly recommend it and will gladly come back :)

We had a lovely stay in the house, which is bright and pleasant to live in. I will note a small negative point, the cleanliness was there, but a few things in my opinion to see again (lack of mattress pads , many ants in several places, sofas not in very good condition)

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Disappointed by the last-minute announcement of an inaccessible pool. On the other hand, we found a very nice volume of living rooms for a stay of 8 adults. Quiet accommodation and close to the village of Léhon: beautiful discovery. (Abbey, castle, canal de la Rance...)
