Beautiful 2 room basement apartment with approx. 50 square meters for 2 people (max. 4 people/ sofa bed in the living-dining area) and a separate bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and wardrobe. In the fully equipped apartment, everything is available, e.g. stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, etc. All rooms have windows with mosquito nets and shutters. Towels and linens are included. No final cleaning fee.

Historic Mill of Cramm, Barn-Apt.4

Our apartment 4 is on the 2nd floor of the historic barn of our listed water mill, which has existed since 1754. It is one of six studios we have built as part of a renovation and have been renting out since May 2024. We have taken care to preserve as much of the historic character of the building as possible. The apartment is decorated in half-timbered style and is characterized by its original wooden beams and a spacious open roof beam.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2-family house and is located on the outskirts directly in front of the vineyards of Südbaden. In the immediate vicinity there are three other residential buildings with several residential units. Together we are founding a small, intergenerational residential project.
