Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. An 1850s cottage listed on the National Register of Historic Places was the Plantation Office for the Massenburg Plantation (Woodleaf). It was restored in 1990 and afterwards, became rental property. This two-story, cozy hideaway has a private drive and patio. Native stone and hand hewn beams in basement bedroom provide an unique stay. Full kitchen, modern bathroom, and washer/dryer. Come and go at your leisure. You will receive a keypad combination a day before your scheduled check-in.

Two Dachshund Farm (Lavender & Fiber Farm), LLC

Stay on a working fiber/lavender farm convenient to the Raleigh/Durham area - 20 minutes from Interstate 85. Interact with our alpacas, sheep, llamas, Angora goats, donkeys, & more. Shop our farm store, stroll the property, smell the lavender. Tours are free for registered guests. Friends may join the tour for a fee. Use of the pool is for registered guests only. Twenty stairs lead up to the 700 sq ft over-the-garage apartment with private entrance. Includes a king bed & pullout couch.

We originally started as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County, located just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. Guests have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.
