Such a lovely place to stay with a stunning view in the country side. Local shops in walking distance and great location to get into Bern. Mario and Karson were such friendly hosts with great communication when checking in and out. The place was very well kept inside and out. We hope to be back again in the future. Thank you for having us!

Very clean and nice place in a nice location. The host was kind, responded and didn't leave any questions unresolved. The only downside is that there is no parking. But these were very easy to find on the street next door (we were there with two cars). We needed parking and the hostess could name very good locations for it. The beds, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and it was comfortably furnished. I'd love to come back if I visit Switzerland again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The outside sitting area is beautiful and so is the sun room! We would stay here again!

Samuel and Dorothee are great hosts. They both welcomed us on our arrival and showed us around their apartment. During our stay they also checked about our well being many times. We enjoyed our stay in their lovely apartment surrounded with immersive views of nature and mountains. Well connected to Bern with train station nearby and short train ride to Bern. We are looking forward to our next stay in that place again.

We enjoyed Roger’s place as a home base while we explored Bern. It’s a quick walk to a neighborhood grocery store, plus the beautiful rose garden is nearby. The location has a very quiet neighborhood feel, yet getting to old town Bern takes just minutes. The bathroom is spacious and updated. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again at Roger’s apartment!

A great place for a getaway, Daniela is always helpful and responsive.. Her parents who live one floor below the property are always smiling, very kind and helpful. We arrived very late and they were so flexible with the check-in time, they helped us even in the late night hours with check-in and showing the place. The house is so beautiful, clean and very convenient with everything that you need. The property is surrounded by beautiful green flush meadows, and you have a lot of space to relax outside the property as well. You need a car to reach the property, but the location is correctly marked in Google maps that we had no trouble and the instructions were very clear. Daniela is always responsive for anything that we asked, suggestions for places and any other help needed. Will definitely recommend this place and would like to come again.

Wonderful area, wonderful hosts who were always on hand with advice and assistance. Very suitable for longer stays, everything is available. Whether you just want to relax or enjoy the area, both are possible in the area at any time and the hosts were always friendly, accommodating and easily accessible. I had a wonderful time of 3 months and would book this accommodation again at any time and recommend it to anyone.

Stefanie is so responsible, helpful and good human being as a person. She is there in every moment instantly as we need. Her place is amazing and so clean. Oh ! the view from the balcony is so so breathtaking and picturesque. Felt home. Would eagerly love to come again and again.

We visited Bern several times, but this was our first stay at an Airbnb in Breitenrain, ideally located near public transport. The building’s elevator was great for our heavy luggage, and there’s a laundry room in the basement where you need a small green token to operate the machines. Gudrun thoughtfully provided us with two different towel colors, a detail I appreciated. We also used the Chromecast to stream our own shows, and both Coop and Migros were within walking distance for shopping and recycling plastic bottles. For dining, we highly recommend Löscher, Piazza Vittoria, and Nooch Asian Kitchen as some of the best places to eat in the area. We would love to stay here again.

INCREDIBLE!! The photos don’t do justice to just how truly incredible this place is. I would recommend 10/10 times and would come back in a second. Marlise, her husband Chrigel and son Mike were all incredibly kind and welcoming, helping us get a more local experience. The apartment itself has everything you need, and is located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train/boat station, restaurants and grocery stores. The hot tub/ sauna and outdoor shower, mixed with the view make this place a relaxing paradise.

Absolutely perfect Swiss chalet tucked away on the edge of the village. Stunning view of the 3 mountains, and well placed for various local walks as well as excursions further afield. Liza looked after us extremely well, always on hand for any problems (there were none!) or to help with any queries, and always with such good humour. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Stacey was a great host that met the us at the door and gave us helpful hints on things to do. The view from the porch was AMAZING and so peaceful. We spent almost every minute there when back from the very convenient hikes just a short way away. I would absolutely recommend staying here … literally can be in a hot tub looking up at Staubach Falls like it was your very own private waterfall.

Wonderful stay! Everything was perfect, the accommodation was very clean and very functional. Pierre was very nice and gave us lots of activities to do that were great! I highly recommend this listing!

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.

The view is everything! Must have a car if in this area, garage is provided and nice to have. The washer and dryer is very convenient. Home is well depicted in pictures. Television is upstairs only. A big plus is the access to the hotel spa and pool, very conveniently located just a 2 min walk. The mattress in our opinion was far too soft for our liking but that is our preference. Overall nice place and would recommend. If we are looking to stay in the same area again we would be happy to come back.

The host was very friendly and I felt good because he welcomed me. The house was clean and the perfect place for a family to stay. The village surrounded by medieval castles was cozy and pleasant, so I took a walk every day. I want to use this accommodation the next time I travel to Switzerland!
