Mit dem Kulkwitzer See liegt außerdem der älteste und sauberste See des Leipziger Neuseenlands direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 7 Minuten dorthin. Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet central location right at the heart of the city. 200 meters away is one of the central squares in the city with nice cafes. The equipment of the apartment includes a large double bed, a (sleeping)sofa (for 2 more people), a kitchen with everything that belongs to it, a washing machine, a bathroom with towels, toothbrushes and soaps as well as a SmartTv with Netflix, Prime and a Playstation 3 for sociable evenings at home.

It offers a fully equipped Zanussi kitchen, a bedroom with a large, cozy double bed and a living room with a large couch and large screen for relaxing movie nights. From the A38 exit Südwest or the A9 exit Günthersdorf, you can reach us in a few minutes.
