Small vacation home (60 sqm) in Werder. Ideal for families and nature lovers. Quietly located on the edge of the field - only 500 m away as the crow flies from a forest lake with a sandy beach. The swimming areas of Glindow, Petzow and Werder are accessible by bike. 8 km away is the Spargelhof Klaistow with petting zoo, playground, climbing park and wildlife enclosure. Worthwhile excursion destinations include the artists' village of Ferch or Caputh. In Werder you can rent a boat or raft or explore the Havelseen by boat.

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Pure relaxation on the Havel

Hello, In the car you have the possibility to retreat in bad weather. Otherwise, this is clearly a place where you are outside a lot. The river, the Havel is about 15 m from the car and invites you to swim and do all other water sports. In the car there is a separate toilet. Outside there is a large solar shower (Attention: No sun = no warm water) The car is 5 m away from our cattle paddocks, which can be observed wonderfully while grazing.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Just outside Berlin is this idyllic, completely renovated cottage, which offers you a refuge while at the same time being located in the middle of a region that offers many leisure, sport and cultural activities.
