The building has been lovingly renovated and now features a unique complex of quiet apartments and a yoga/seminar room surrounded by greenery. Each apartment has its own terrace and parking space. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.
