The Swamp House

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with private land of 3000 m2 where you will find a large garden with pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. All that surrounds it is Natural Reserve of the Iruelas Valley, therefore it is a natural environment, isolated and quiet. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horse riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts.... The area offers you to taste the gastronomy that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

Enjoy the simplicity of this peaceful and centrally-located place, 150 meters from the church of Santiago Apóstol and the town's shopping area. Ideal for rest, teleworking, getting to know new places, recreation, enjoyment as a couple and family. You'll feel right at home in our house. Its location has access to the different reservoirs in the area, the Alberche River, as well as the Tiemblo area. For cold days, our accommodation has two types of heating equipment.
