Very nice house, in a quiet place with a beautiful garden, ideal for a family vacation. It has everything you need: a good kitchen with appliances and full dinnerware. The owner answers all questions and helps improve the stay.

First of all, thanks to Olga for always making sure our stay was a 10. If the experience was unbeatable, it was largely thanks to her and her husband. Thank you very much for everything. As for the house, as they say in the other comments, the amount of details is striking. To say that it has everything is an understatement. The house itself is small, but the pool, garden, barbecue and the attention to detail make it a 10-star accommodation. The area is very quiet but you have activities to do whatever you want within a 15 minute drive. 100% recommended.

It's a very comfortable house, we were great and the beds are very comfortable, the house is ideal. Diego was always very attentive and if you had any questions or problems, he immediately took care of us. It's very well located. Weekend stay for competition 4 adults and 2 children. The house is good. Three bedrooms, kitchen, and a bathroom. Front and back yard Clean and tidy house. With heating and air conditioning. Juan Carlos is a good host, he answers all questions.

We came to be on a quiet weekend and disconnect from the city. It was more than that. The house is more beautiful in person than the photos, everything was impeccable. It has trails to walk out of the premises within 5 minutes. We went by bus from Madrid, we took a taxi to the accommodation. From the accommodation you can walk on the road to the village, it is about 35 minutes and a walk that I recommend. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much for everything Thyare!

The accommodation, the furnishings, the comfort and reliability offered by the facilities both inside the cuchibus and outside, excellent. The attention and importance to details defines the hosts. We'll be back for sure.

For our first Airbnb experience Casa Rurales managed by Paula was above and beyond what we would have imagined. Barco de Avila is a small, quaint town with the magic of its castle, river, and better yet, its people. Everyone seems to know everyone. As visitors, even with instructions, we got a little lost. We were helped by very nice locals & Paula welcomed us from the street. On the outside, Casa Rurales has a mixture of rustic with modern. Inside, while modern, it is homey, cozy, and spacious. As it was cool during our visit, Paula had a fire burning in the fireplace in the living room. She gave us a tour of the kitchen (fully stocked with everything to cook with, eat on, eat with), the interior yard (table, chairs, grill), and three rooms, each with their own bathroom. Paula also left us a list of places to visit and eat. Unfortunately, we were staying very little time. We look forward to our next visit, hopefully with more time. If available, we will stay here again in the future.

Just completed a 3 night stay at Jorge's place. The location of the apartment is central to everything. The apartment was clean and accommodating. Jorge was a very responsive host. Everything was as advertised. The balcony was a very nice addition at the end of the day to sit and enjoy the sunset and cooler evening temperatures. I would highly recommend.

Yliana was an amazing host! She provided us with plenty of helpful information and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Everything we asked for was perfectly organized. We really enjoyed our stay—the apartment is completely new, and everything you need is right in the neighborhood. I can only recommend staying here, it’s definitely worth it!

We were surprised that the house was not the one in the photos, it was an entire rural house. We were told that since we made the reservation at dawn, the other one was no longer available, but hey, everything was very clean and spacious and for one night we were great.

Our stay at Rafael’s apartment was fantastic. Check in was straightforward and communication with Rafael was great. The location is ideal for exploring Madrid and there are lots of places to eat and drink close by. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our favourite part of our stay was the time spent on the roof terrace with the great views over the city. I couldn’t recommend staying here highly enough.

This duplex penthouse exceeded all our expectations. Strategically located in a quiet residential area, but only a few minutes walk from great restaurants and amenities. The interior space is extraordinary: a spectacular dining room presided over by a modern kitchen with an island, perfect for family gatherings. The touch of the movie projector transforms the nights into magical experiences. The spacious terrace with barbecue is the perfect space to enjoy outdoor meals and unforgettable moments. The bedrooms and bathrooms are exceptionally spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The warm decor and cozy atmosphere made both adults and children feel instantly at home. Without a doubt, a 5-star experience that combines luxury, comfort, and the charm of a true home. Highly recommended for families!

The stay was excellent and the ideal home for what we wanted. Quiet area to rest and well connected to be able to move around Madrid. Victor was always attentive to if we needed anything. Everything is great and my rating is very good.

It was great! The cabin is small and cozy. Everything you need to stay without feeling overwhelmed. We were a couple and a dog and the space and utensils etc was perfect. Upon arrival he attended and explained everything Luis (5 stars also for his work) and we had good communication at all times with him and Alberto. Our dog made very good crumbs with his (Drago) and they had a great time. We will repeat without a doubt, we stay eager to use the patio!
