We had already been there and everything matched our requests. Quiet area, easy access and ample space. Ferdinando is truly an exceptional host

We booked Nicolò's place to have the opportunity to relax after a quite stressful first half of the year and the place did not disappoint. We had the pool to ourselves, the entire place is separated from the main home from the owners so that gave us a lot of privacy, the gym is also private (that was cool too) and our dog Poncho had a nice garden to ran, play, chase iguanas, etc. Bepe made us feel welcomed right away and was super helpful, proactive, while also respecting our privacy. Also, Ivrea might not be so well-known but there are plenty of nice cafes, gelaterias, bars, trails to walk, lakes - there's plenty of stuff to do. 10 out of 10. Great hosts, great place - we loved it, we'll be back :)

Practical and spacious apartment, located in a very quiet setting. Good location for visiting the area.

Thanks to Marco who made sure we arrived safely despite the late hour. It was reassuring for us who don't travel a lot and aren't used to AirBNB. Marco told us about some nearby restaurants. The apartment was very clean and safe. There is no private parking space in the room but Marco told us about a parking lot less than 100m away. Possibility to easily drop off luggage in front of the house before going to park.
