Relax and unwind in The Annex, perfect for up to 6 people to enjoy some time in a home from home. A double bed upstairs and two sofa beds downstairs. The Annex is set in the 2 acre grounds of Coach House and offers a picturesque setting for all. Hamble river, with the Jolly Sailor Pub, you also have lots of restaurants and pubs close by to enjoy that perfect meal before heading back to relax in the hot tub. You also have the option to hire out a paddle board or inflatable rib to enjoy the river.

Offering complete privacy and separate entrance from the main property it is a great place to relax overlooking our garden which is full of wildlife. Also a 10 minute drive to Whiteley Business Park, Shopping, NATS, making it a great base whilst away for work or leisure

A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft.
