Situé au centre de Waimes et au pied des Hautes Fagnes, à 5 et 7 km des lacs de Robertville et Butgenbach, ainsi qu'à 15 km du circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. Cet appartement de 41 m² se situe au rez-de-chaussée avec entrée séparée et comprend un living/cuisine, une chambre à coucher, un hall et une salle de bain. Il dispose d'un parking privé et d'un garage à vélos. Vous trouverez boulangerie/épicerie, boucherie, ainsi que pizzeria, sandwicherie, friterie et restaurants dans un rayon de 500 m.

Relax in our special and quiet accommodation! The newly furnished apartment for up to 4 people with about 60 square metres is distributed over two floors. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

We wanted a green spot, away from the city, to enjoy peace and quiet, nature, good food and drinks, and invite friends over. Sun, snow, rain, a good book, your bike, and good company—coziness is guaranteed in this cottage! The view is truly amazing :-) Discount if you rent for a week. Saturdays are light gray because you cannot arrive on that day.
