Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

We were a family with teenagers in the accommodation for a week and couldn't have found a better place. Everything was exactly as described. Due to the room in the attic, which was very well air-conditioned, there was always the possibility of retreating. The place was sparkling clean. There was no slightest fault. We were very warmly welcomed by Daniele and his family and personally said goodbye. There were a whole range of tips for restaurants and excursions. I can really recommend the beautiful house without reservation. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

We felt very comfortable with Adriana and the place was very modern, clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with the hot tub was also super nice. The path to the accommodation is a bit tight and curvy, which can be a bit challenging for untrained Italy vacationers, but quite doable.

Everything was great. The house is lovingly decorated and clean. The house has everything you need, the location is wonderful and close enough to Bologna. We can only recommend the house.

Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! Very short but very pleasant stay. The welcome was punctual and friendly, the location is very convenient to visit Bologna and its surroundings. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. Truly enchanting

The stay at Maria Rosa and Federico's was excellent. The house has everything you need and nothing is missing. The area is quiet, easy to reach and well connected to Bologna. The only thing to note about this B&B is the bathroom, which is located in the basement and can only be reached via a spiral staircase that is quite hostile for those with disabilities.

Ignacio and Tamara went above and beyond in the warmth of their welcome and the dedication to their incredible home. An unforgettable experience!

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

I am from California and stayed at 50 different Airbnb properties so far, mostly in the US, and most were very good, some were great, but none were like this property. this place is more than a place to stay. This was a very special and unique experience made possible by the great hospitality and generosity of the owners. I stayed for the entire Mugello MotoGP 2025 weekend and this location could not be more perfect to attend the race events every day. The views, the road to the property, the whole area and history or the area are all amazing. I got to learn a great deal about this beautiful part of the world and felt like I was an “Italian” for a few days. Highly recommended.

A cozy location just outside the city center

We had a fantastic stay during our weekend trip! The apartment was clean, stylish, and located in a quiet area just a short walk from central Bologna. Paola was amazing – attentive, proactive, and very supportive. It honestly felt like checking into a hotel. Everything you could hope for was provided – water, towels, coffee, and tea. A truly great experience from start to finish.

Wonderful place to stay to relax and reflect. Fantastic opportunity to walk and explore the mountains.

Francesca warmly greeted us when we arrived at the house. She showed us around and helped out with any questions we had. The house itself is in a stunning location with beautiful views, we loved the place! It felt very homely and we had everything we needed inside. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time in the center of a nice and quiet village with everything you need and where we ate a great pizza and excellent ice cream. If I pass through here again, I'll definitely stop. I thank Diana for her hospitality
