This accommodation is simply exceptional, we had a magical stay in this duplex full of charm and character. The location is just perfect. Frédéric is nice, with good advice and accommodating. Great for a romantic stay for a couple.

The host was very welcoming and very responsive. The apartment is very clean and easy to access. The area is quiet and I liked the view. Unfortunately, I broke a bedside lamp when I left while cleaning, I notified Gildas (the host) who did not hold it against me. I recommend it!

The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet place of the village, about 15 minutes away from Perpignan train station. Everything in the apartment is clean and the furnitures are fine. However, a little defict is that there is no regular air conditioner or fan in it, but instead it only has one heavy mobile air conditioner that makes huge noise when the wind blows loud, as loud as the sound of a tornado. If will be much better if a quiet air conditioner will reppace this noise machine. The service team is very friendly and respond to me quickly all the time, which matters a lot. Overall, this is good place to stay for short-term travelling.

Excellent welcome, very kind and very pleasant host, beautiful apartment and furnished with great taste with a sensational view of the sea accessible 150 m by a pedestrian path that leads to the port. Possibility of hiking with him. He is always available to his guests and loves to spoil them so they can have an unforgettable stay. We will not forget this week and we will come back next year.

Marcia’s place was clean, cozy and welcoming. It is in a great location, near the city center and other activities. There are restaurants very close by as well. Marcia was unable to meet us upon our arrival, but arranged for her lovely daughter to meet us at the door and provide us with access to the apartment and give us some advice. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to return.

Extraordinary outbuilding, new, clean, air-conditioned and very well equipped! Dom is proactive, flexible and even offers breakfast drinks and the provision of electric scooters for a great ride on Canet. I would 100% recommend, go without so much as a second thought!

We had a great stay in Perpignan! The accommodation is spacious, very convenient and clean. It is ideally located, in a charming and quiet private residence, with secure access. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and the pool is a real treat on hot days. Thanks to the air conditioning, the nights are very pleasant! We had a pleasant stay in your apartment with this view on 2 sides of the marina. It's nice to see the monohulls and catamarans pass by. The accommodation is well-equipped and quiet, the welcome on our arrival by your concierge was very much appreciated. For those who love beautiful sandy beaches, Le Canet is perfect. And for the others, going down to Collioure (beautiful colorful and flowery alleys) Port-Vendres or Banyuls by the coastal circuit, there are many wonderful landscapes to discover and small beaches, some with the possibility of snorkeling and seeing very beautiful fish.

Had a great time at Alice's place. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, very clean, very quiet, very well decorated. Impeccable bed linen and towels. The parking space is very pleasant as well as the air conditioning in the hot weather. I would this property.

This was my second visit to Perpignan and this apartment, because it's brilliant. Being central means everything is within reach, including all the various transport options, which are exceptional value. It was a real treat. Thank you for having me again.

We had a lovely stay at Ghislaine. She was easy to reach, the check-in instructions were clear and the apartment was very nice. The view was amazing and so was the swimming pool. We'd love to come back some time!

From the moment we arrived it was a great experience. The BnB is stunning and needs to be experienced over any words I can share. The space was relaxing and the attention to detail incredible. I would definitely recommend. We wanted to stay an extra night but it was already booked. So happy we found this space to stay.
