T1 28 m2 on the ground floor of our villa with garden/pool

Hi, T1 28m2 on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 4pers. Garden with plancha (about 100m2) and swimming pool (4x2 and 1m10 prof.) 15 minutes from the beaches (Canet en Roussillon or Saint Cyprien) and 10 minutes from the center of Perpignan. The pool is a shared space for the three of us. The rest of the garden (table/grill) is automatically private for you, as we have a private terrace for our grilling and relaxing moments. We are a couple with an 8 year old child. Cinema and children's parks in the municipality.
