The apartment is conveniently located and has a beautiful view. The air conditioning is very appreciable in the heat, everything is functional, we did not encounter any problems. The neighborhood is both quiet and lively, it's very nice!

what to say apart from that everything was perfect! The accommodation is great and impeccable. It is super well furnished and equipped, super well located, beautiful and immaculate... the hosts are simply exceptional! in short, we had an incredible stay despite the last-minute booking... the only thing that makes us a little bitter: not being able to stay there longer 🥹 we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to return and be able to share with these incredible people for whom hosting guests and the very concept is obvious and innate! 🤗 we sincerely thank them for everything 🙏

The host was very welcoming and very responsive. The apartment is very clean and easy to access. The area is quiet and I liked the view. Unfortunately, I broke a bedside lamp when I left while cleaning, I notified Gildas (the host) who did not hold it against me. I recommend it!

The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet place of the village, about 15 minutes away from Perpignan train station. Everything in the apartment is clean and the furnitures are fine. However, a little defict is that there is no regular air conditioner or fan in it, but instead it only has one heavy mobile air conditioner that makes huge noise when the wind blows loud, as loud as the sound of a tornado. If will be much better if a quiet air conditioner will reppace this noise machine. The service team is very friendly and respond to me quickly all the time, which matters a lot. Overall, this is good place to stay for short-term travelling.

Le Cédrat is a quiet little corner, greenery and tranquility between Perpignan and Canet. Hosts, just like their space, are welcoming and friendly. Their presence (below the rented apartment) was very discreet and they always gave us the opportunity to enjoy the privacy of the garden. The accommodation is tastefully furnished and is equipped with what it takes for the holidays (we were able to ask Isabelle to lend us more specific kitchen equipment) Air conditioning is available but it is possible to keep cool in the rooms thanks to shutters and air circulation (a plus to ventilate!) The location is good for easy access to the sea (10min from Canet) or to visit Perpignan (10min too). The garden was very nice, with its small pool and blue furniture that looks like Santorini. Be prepared, there are bcp of mosquitoes! Le Cédrat offers a lovely moment of vacation!

We had a great stay in Perpignan! The accommodation is spacious, very convenient and clean. It is ideally located, in a charming and quiet private residence, with secure access. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and the pool is a real treat on hot days. Thanks to the air conditioning, the nights are very pleasant! And above all, a big thank you to Coralie, who was a great host: available, responsive and attentive. We highly recommend this listing!

We had a pleasant stay in your apartment with this view on 2 sides of the marina. It's nice to see the monohulls and catamarans pass by. The accommodation is well-equipped and quiet, the welcome on our arrival by your concierge was very much appreciated. For those who love beautiful sandy beaches, Le Canet is perfect. And for the others, going down to Collioure (beautiful colorful and flowery alleys) Port-Vendres or Banyuls by the coastal circuit, there are many wonderful landscapes to discover and small beaches, some with the possibility of snorkeling and seeing very beautiful fish.

The place was stunning, great decor.. The area is super cute and relaxing. Everything is nearby. The beach is a nice, sandy gradual entry. Bring beach towels.

Cannot recommend highly enough - the apartment is stunning, and in a superb location. I understand that it's Anaïs' home for most of the year, and that shows; the care and attention given to the apartment throughout is fantastic, and we loved all the little quirks she's done in terms of the furnishings and furniture. If anything the description on the listing underplays quite how good the apartment is. Anaïs could not have been a better host - understanding when we were delayed in arriving, very helpful with tips and suggestions, responsive throughout (and, based on the bookshelves, with an impeccable taste in literature too). We'd go back in a heartbeat if we were in that part of the world again.

Sophie's apartment was ideal for us. We stayed for a month from mid-May, and the apartment complex was very quiet. The apartment was clean, very well equipped (I now have to buy myself a Smeg kettle like Sophie's!) and it had a great terrace for sitting out and enjoying the views. We didn't have a car, but it was a 15 minute walk to Collioure or in the other direction to Port Vendres. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Amazing view and walkable to lots of things. The hosts were super responsive. Lots of instructions about access…but note car access is at the back of the building not the front where Google maps takes you! Once we’d found that it was really clear! Would highly recommend 😃

Nathalie’s apartment is everything we expected and more! The view when you walk in is like a painting. It is up many flights of winding, steep stairs with small steps, and we had a little difficulty getting our enormous suitcases full of business attire up and down them, so pack light if you can. This might not be the best place for older or handicapped people. The AC was so refreshing, and the beach is literally across the street. We had so much to do within walking distance that we didn’t take the car out until we left. Nathalie’s recommendations were excellent, and she helped whenever we had questions. We had so much fun and would love to come back! Thank you for such a lovely holiday!

From the moment we arrived it was a great experience. The BnB is stunning and needs to be experienced over any words I can share. The space was relaxing and the attention to detail incredible. I would definitely recommend. We wanted to stay an extra night but it was already booked. So happy we found this space to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Elise's! Everything was as pictured, the bed was comfortable, and the space was clean and inviting. I appreciated the welcoming gift she left, and enjoyed that the kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook at the house. It was a relaxing and extremely pleasant stay.
