Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

We stayed in David and Linda's house for 4 nights with our family of 5, including 3 kids. From first contact to ask about the bedding configuration, Linda was excellent in communicating and very transparent. We found the location very convenient, literally across the road from the train station - a blessing after a long day walking around the city Centre. The train noise, though noticeable if you listened intently for it, didn't bother us any more than the typical city sounds of people, cars and sirens. It didn't wake any of our kids (aged 8 and 11) and I couldn't hear it though earplugs (which I always wear because I'm a light sleeper). The house is totally private save for a single front window to the street, which has privacy curtains on it - we didn't close any of the downstairs window coverings in our whole stay and never felt exposed. The house has it's quirks - eg. squeaky stairs and the shutters were not all 100% blockout - but we felt at home and would happily return.

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Christian was very helpful hospitable and responsive. Place was very comfortable , everything at our disposal. Don’t like the stairs, however it is what it is. Love the idea of the shades that can block out light, so we slept well. kitchen had all the amenities so we were able to prepare our meals.the privacy and the quiet neighborhood great. Close to the train station, could walk up to 1am inthe morning, felt safe.

My parents stayed at Clément’s place and loved it! They said that they would definitely go back. It was well equipped and he is very friendly and responsive. All in all a great stay!

A nice and super clean apartment, all amenities available. It smells good, no defects. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Quiet environment. And a private parking space. Various attractions in the vicinity, easily accessible by taxi and public transport. Baker, butcher, greengrocer and supermarket around the corner. Several restaurants are close by. A recommended restaurant is: Pizzaria Vittorino, very good pizza and pasta. The communication with the owner was good, and we received clear instructions upon arrival.

Excellent location! Very close to a bus stop. Which takes you to the center of Paris. It's very easy because now you can download the card from your iPhone and also load train or subway tickets. A burger and pasta restaurant nearby! Very quiet, good service, private atmosphere and everything modern.

Excellent value for money. Very convenient location near the metro, you can reach the center of Paris in 15 minutes, Orly airport - 22-25 minutes. There are a lot of shops, cafes nearby, and a market that opens several times a week. The apartment has all the necessary utensils and tea, coffee, sugar. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The host responds very quickly, allowed us to check in at 10 pm. If we go to Paris together again, we will definitely stay at Sévan)) Would recommend

The accommodation is small but practical, and Annabelle takes the time to explain the specifics of the accommodation, so no surprises. The cleanliness is impeccable. In case of high heat, the only opening is the door, it's ok because the access does not give directly into the street, but it must be taken into account. The bed is comfortable.

Clean, quiet and listing-compliant accommodation, I would even say better than in the photos. Very well located for what I had to do. Host was responsive and accommodating. No complaints, would recommend!

Phuong’s apartment was lovely and a perfect base for our time in Paris. Highly conveniently located just next to a metro (Laplace station) and has good amenities close by. Would strongly recommend staying here for your time in Paris!

My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

We couldn't have hoped for a better Airbnb for a stay of 2 in Paris given our budget. The value for money is great. The apartment is clean, we slept very well. All the equipment is present, including a washing machine, a hair dryer. No need for sheets or towels, all this is provided. No problems arriving or picking up the keys, the apartment is easy to find, less than 2 minutes from a metro station allowing you to reach any place in Paris directly or with a single connection. Françoise and Patrick are very welcoming, they offered us croissants, fruit and some fresh products on arrival and during the stay. They suggested very nice activities and took care of our laundry, allowing us to make the most of our stay. We thank you again for your welcome, our stay would not have been so good without you. Looking forward to coming back.

Raphaelle was great! She was super responsive and very flexible. My flight came in early and she gave me an early checkin. Later in the week I wanted more towels, and she dropped them off. She is great.
