Apartment holiday rentals in Caen

The apartment is very large and very bright. Similar to the photos, the accommodation is airy and offers a splendid view of the St-Pierre church. The surroundings are also very pleasant and many attractions are within walking distance. Oh, and before I forget; the apartment has a long balcony along its entire facade!

A great cozy place for a couple to stay. Well equipped with cooking utensils if you want to do your own cooking. Located close to the beach and great restaurants. All within easy walking distance. A great place to get away and relax! Quentin is a responsive host and gave us clear instructions to access the apartment. Thank you Quentin!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. In front of the apartment, it was easy to park (late May/early June, before the D-Day anniversary). Beach & good restaurants within walking distance, apartment was as described and despite renovations in the house very quiet.

Nothing to complain about, we were more than delighted with our stay. Everything was perfect. They really thought of everything. We'll be back soon...

We had a great stay in Julianna's very nice apartment. Very comfortable apartment, well-equipped, bright and well-decorated. Very peaceful neighborhood, and at the same time very close to the center and all shops and restaurants. Julianna is very welcoming and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Studio in accordance with the presentation, very well located in the city center, while being very quiet, with most of the parking just behind. Very clean condition. The instructions communicated by Samuel are useful and very precise. We had a great time.

nice apartment everything you need. The garden was great in the great weather. The landlady is super nice and always wrote to see if everything was okay. We loved our stay in Villiers-Sur-Mer. Check-in was easy, the flat is lovely and so close to the beach. You can hear the sea from the bedrooms. The stairs are worth it for the lovely view - we had a 1 year old with us and it was fine. Thanks!

Just back from a wonderful mini break at Thys beautiful apartment that overlooks the see and the port. The space is well laid out and has everything that you need. Highly recommended

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .
