Ma maison est très proche de l'hyper centre mais au calme parce que tournée vers l'un des derniers îlot de verdure du centre ville.Elle est au cœur des commerces, des restaurants et des activités. Vous apprécierez la vue sur l'abbatiale Saint-Etienne et les espaces extérieurs en saison, terrasse et jardin plein sud. Vous disposerez d'un bureau- espace de travail en mezzanine. Mon logement est adapté pour recevoir un enfant(lit bébé dispo) mais notez que la terrasse est en surplomb du jardin.

Close to the landing beaches and a nature reserve for beautiful walks.
