We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Tenuta Barosi is a beautiful location overlooking rural Florence. It is located just 25 minutes outside of Florence and easy to get to. The farmhouse has a number of apartments, and ours was Comiso. Cristina was extremely helpful with our check in, as we arrived very late. It is very easy to self check in. The pool overlooks a small valley with beautiful scenery of farms and vineyards. Highly recommend staying at Tenuta Barosi!

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

Our stay at home in Trequanda was nothing short of magical. The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Angela, whose hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable visit. She made us feel at home immediately, showed us around the quaint town, and ensured every detail was perfect throughout our stay. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, a beautifully restored gem that perfectly blends Tuscan charm with elegant design. Every room was immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, and filled with character. Will’s home is a true reflection of his care and taste from the cozy interiors to the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Trequanda is a picturesque and peaceful village. The villa is the ideal base to soak it all in. Recommended by Angela, El Conte Matto is a local restaurant that truly captures the essence of Tuscan cuisine. The food was nothing short of spectacular,authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Tuscan stay!

We absolutely loved this apartment, it was spacious and spotless, with modern bathrooms and the most perfect “farmhouse” kitchen. The view from the apartment and infinity pool was breathtaking. It’s the best Airbnb we have stayed in!

Die Unterkunft und insbesondere der Garten sieht in Wirklichkeit noch schöner aus, als auf den Bildern ! Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft schön, es ist absolut ruhig und man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Perfekt zum Entspannen und genießen. Die Gastgeberin war zudem super sympathisch, hilfsbereit und herzlich! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :-)
