Irene’s home is very warm and beautiful, nicely themed house with her life experiences all over the world, it was beautiful chatting with her.A very friendly lady, accommodating me last minute, I was also offered a wonderful humble meal , would stay again in the future!

What an amazing house, dog friendly, too! Perfect location for our family wedding. Frances was most helpful and very accommodating. Will stay again next time we visit family in Holmbridge.

We stayed for a wedding that was happening locally in Marsden. Flexible check-in made it nice and easy to drop our bags and get dressed before heading into Marsden. Taxi back from Marsden was only £7 and we walked back in the next day to get our car with a pavement running all the way into town. Accommodation was spotless, bed was comfy, shower was hot and powerful. Complimentary coffee and tea. Couldn’t find fault at all. We opted for breakfast the next morning at £15 per person. Included full English, toast & jams, tea/coffee and juice. Was very well cooked. Thank you 😀

This is the second time we have stayed here. We would highly recommend. Everything is sparklingly clean and the room is very comfortable with everything you might need. Includes nice touches like a good selection of teas, bottled water and toiletries. Pete is a very friendly host striking the perfect balance of helpfulness without being intrusive. A lovely house with a lovely garden. We will definitely use again next time we visit the area.

Tina and Jasper were lovely hosts, very responsive and helpful for minor issues that occurred during our stay which they quickly resolved. The apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding land is lovely and quiet, great for walks even in the rain! Highly recommended hosts and location. Would love to stay again!

If you need a place to stay in Marple this is the place. A beautiful house, exceptionally clean and comfortable topped off with the best breakfast I've had in a long time. I can highly recommend this gorgeous guest house and the attentive hosts.

The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and had every little touch that made it feel like a home away from home — and even breakfast included, we felt truly welcomed. Helen and Mike were the perfect hosts from start to finish. I booked the accommodation last minute for the trip and with it being my 1st time in the area I had a few questions before I booked and they were answered quickly. Their accommodation was spotless, room was massive and one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept on. The b n b was a 6-7 minute walk from where I needed to be in the centre of Harrogate, from the convention centre and bars /restaurants making it ideal and they provided free on street parking tickets which was great. The breakfast was superb too and had the feeling the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. I will definitely be returning to the area next year and will be looking to re book the same accommodation again. Many thanks for making my trip good one. X

Really nice canalside location, great vibe inside. Andrew was a cracking host, and the breakfast was lovely, he was happy to cater for vegetarians. Comfy bed, great shower, and a formidable library of books for your pleasure. Lovely bloke, lovely place, will definitely visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay! Angela was very welcoming and friendly, and had great recommendations for my stay. The place was beautiful and was a good base for some amazing hikes.

We had a wonderful time staying in Hebden Bridge. Manya and her husband were so friendly and accommodating! The house is beautiful and our room was lovely and cosy. The breakfast prepared for us was super tasty! The location was perfect and easy to find. If we ever stay in the area again we will definitely come back to this b&b, and recommend to friends too!☺️

Tracey runs an exceptional accommodation, we wanted for absolutely nothing this weekend. The guest lounge is stocked with everything you could ever want, we were completely spoilt for choice at breakfast. The room and bathroom were spotless. Tracey is the more accommodating host and so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in booking again

Katrina maintains the house very neat and serene. Love her collection of wall pictures and decorations in the house. It is very peaceful and pleasant surroundings. Katrina clearly signposted all the info prior to checkin. Is walking distance from supermarket and also closer to meadows for a nice walk. Her cat is adorable.Has on street parking facility.

It was a very pleasant experience staying here. Very clean & amenities provided. 1-2 min walk to convenient stores nearby. Would definitely stay here again!
