It also has a train station with Intercity connection. Alkmaar and Central Amsterdam is 20 minutes away. Cafes and restaurants are widely available in beautiful Castricum. A large shopping mall and supermarkets are open 7 days.

The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

In het mooie West-Friesland te Oostwoud verhuren wij een 4-persoons vakantiehuis genaamd "Hazeweel". Deze vakantiewoning bevindt zich op een klein vakantiepark. Het is gelegen aan doorgaand vaarwater met mooi uitzicht en privacy. Hazeweel is een knus, modern, ruim opgezet huis voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Mooie ruime zonnige tuin voorzien van terrasmeubels. Er is mogelijkheid om een visboot er bij te huren.

The Practice

A wonderfully luxurious accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Center. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is entirely private with all-round terrace and a nice garden with three places to sit. Fenced around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for little children.

From spring, you can explore the picturesque waterways by boat or on a SUP board.* The house is connected to the Grote Vliet, a popular water sports and fishing location. My cozy and characteristic Tiny house in Haarlem City Center, perfect for a couple. My home is situated in a lovely neighborhood, from here you'll walk right into the historical center of Haarlem. Of course the beach of Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee is easy to reach as well. Amsterdam is just 15 min by train. After a beach day or city visit you can relax on the patio.
