We had a delightful stay at the villa - beautifully presented and clean. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely 11 day stay at Helene and Patrick’s home. It was as described, very clean and beautifully presented. Their warm welcome was lovely as was their gift of a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. They were charming, the perfect hosts. The house was a great base for exploring the wider area. The shade in the garden was much appreciated during some very hot days. The bakeries in the village were excellent and all the locals we spoke to were very friendly. On occasion the car park near the house was full but we always managed to get parked somewhere in the village. We had a great stay!

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

Perfect stay! Self check-in and checkout, very simple. Thierry was very responsive in our questions and provides a very comprehensive guide to activities/ recommendations in the area. Do not hesitate to rent this flat while you are in Nice. Luisa and Philippe were excellent hosts and communicators. The flat itself was beautiful, eclectic and well furnished. It felt very French. The beds and the linens were extremely comfortable and we loved everything about it. It’s located in a perfect spot to get to everything from old town Nice to the promenade along the water. We are looking forward to our next trip already.

Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

We had the best time staying right in the heart of St. Paul de Vence! The home was clean and spacious and we really appreciated the washing machine for laundry and the air conditioning since it was extremely hot the day we were there. Thank you Amandine for such a wonderful stay!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Jul’s place is so thoughtfully designed, it was a delight to stay there! You literally could not get closer to the old town if you tried. The condo is about 2 blocks from the beginning of the Old town district and a 5 min walk out to the water. Jul provided a very detailed guide book with many local recommendations—super helpful when you’re only in town a few days and trying to decide what to do! Him and his brother in law were very responsive and helpful. And the patio was lovely to sit on! Kitchen is super well equipped—we cooked dinner in one night and enjoyed on the patio. Hope we can visit again some time!

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! Manon and her friends.

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

We have spent a wonderful month at Barbara’s property; as others have said the photos simply do not do this beautiful property justice. We loved every aspect, from the location and peace to the brilliant facilities. We highly recommend Barbara and this property to anyone thinking of spending some time in this beautiful part of the world!

We had a fantastic time at Petite Bijou. It is better than the photos suggest. The pool area has been recently redone and on a clear day the views are amazing! The house is in a peaceful location with lovely walks either into beautiful towns and villages or into the woodland areas. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen in a property you can rent. We hope to return.

Amazing place to stay - beautiful house and garden, very clean with lots of things to do. Very clean and well maintained - few minutes walk to a lovely little town with nice restaurabts and close to the sea. Communication with the hosts was super easy, definitely recommend!

A beautiful house with just such a location and a tremendous view! We were received very kindly and with exquisite luggage, in-house olive oil and wine. We also enjoyed the long pool. Valérie always responded immediately to our concerns.
