Monthly Rentals in Calumet Township

We stayed for the Great Bear Chase and Amy’s place was perfect as it is downtown and walking distance to everything. We even got greeted with fresh flowers on the table. Clean, practical, great host. Perfect.

Only 6 easy steps inside to the mud room and then inside the home. The stairs going up to the 2nd & 3rd bedroom were easy to do as well. Everything was clean, minimal decor which I prefer, lots of towels in both bathrooms, wash & dryer were upstairs but we didn’t use them. The kitchen was decent sized but we only used the fridge for a couple items. The coffee was good, glad it had an easy set up for my hubby to use. Lots of craftsman charm, some cosmetic issues but it’s a really old house that they’ve fixed up and made up to date. Rooms were spacious and beds were mostly comfy, upstairs king could use a little bit of a softer mattress but that’s our preference. Lots of windows but all had blinds- no cords- and safe for kids. We would definitely stay again. Our host was quick to respond and check out instructions were easy to do. A book included checkout instructions and local restaurants along with some activities. Wish we could’ve used the fire pit and grill but we were busy.

Lorraine was an excellent host. She was there anything we needed. The only thing that was a little tough was the 22 steps up to the apartment's, but we managed and it is a very old cool building. For next time I will know i don't have to bring so much stuff, she had everything we needed there in the apartment. The apartment was in walking distance to everything around town. Good restaurants right in town too.
