The "Buena Vista" rural house has been renovated with views of the sea, lake and hills. The building is historic and was the town hall of the quiet village of Ricetro in the 1700s. Located 20 minutes from the beaches of Versilia and Pisa and 15 minutes from Lucca. It has a large open space, 2 double bedrooms, both with sea views and 2 bathrooms, one with a hot tub and a large reserved and free parking lot in front of the house.
