La casa è situata in ottima posizione per poter visitare città d'arte come Pietrasanta,Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, oppure le slpendide spiaggie della versilia, come Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago con la villa museo di Giacomo Puccini , il festival pucciniano,o fare gite in battello sul lago. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi vari, farmacie, supermercati,locali notturni, ristoranti, come \\\LA DOGANA///che dista circa 500 m, ottima la cucina e posizione meravigliosa. La Casa tra gli Ulivi

La nostra casa si trova tra Camaiore e il paese di Pedona, località Campiglioni. Il corpo centrale risale alla fine del '300 e nasce su un costone di pietra come stalla e alloggio. Ampliata e ristrutturata nel corso degli anni, al suo interno troviamo pavimenti di cotto dell'Impruneta, inferriate della famosa fonderia di Candalla, mattonelle di Vietri e travi antiche originarie di un antico palazzo Camaiorese. Non vi aspettate la perfezione, i suoi piccoli difetti la fanno essere unica.

La casa è situata a Montebello a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Camaiore. Con i suoi caffè, ristoranti , negozi puoi fare delle belle passeggiate a piedi o in mountainbike lungo la via Francigena o lungo i sentieri delle colline camaioresi. La casa è completa di lavastoviglie ,microonde televisore . Bagno con doccia. La casa si trova in alta collina a circa 600mt slm ed è inserita all'interno di un piccolo borgo. Dista dal parcheggio del paese di Metato 1,5km, quest'ultimo tratto è un percorso stretto e ripido accessibile con piccole auto 4WD, il proprietario può mettere a vostra disposizione una fiat panda, da utilizzare esclusivamente dal parcheggio alla casa.
