Independent space on the ground floor of a central single-family house. In the house there are pets (cats and a dog) that move around the garden. Located in a town within walking distance of the Montseny Natural Park and a few kilometers from the Costa Brava. It has all the amenities: hospital, supermarkets, restaurants... Very well connected by road and trains to be able to travel to Barcelona, Circuit de Catalunya, Girona, Figueras... To go to the beach it is advisable to go by car.

Perfect quiet place to relax or/and work. Comfortable chalet in Montnegre totally renovated with swimming pool in summer. There are walks to do from the house, and the sea is not far away. This chalet is on the other side of a hill, far from any pollution. The stations of San Celoni and Llinars are less than 10 minutes by car, just like the highway. Very free good Wifi connection. It was our 2nd time staying in the beautiful house and we loved it even more than the first time. We didn’t even get a car to travel around and just stayed most of the time on the beautiful Terrasse and walked to the supermarket and to the beach. It’s the perfect place to stay and it has everything you need. Jose Juan is incredibly fast in his communication and always helpful.

Ana, our contact on site, and Roger were responsive, available and friendly. The location is ideal, just a 1-minute walk from the beach with private access. In the accommodation 2 parasols available that were very useful on the beach. The apartment private residence (few tourists), with elevator and free underground parking with private parking space for the car is the best, the apartment is very well equipped we did not miss anything (coffee maker, toaster, washing machine etc). Big plus for the bedroom with large closet and super comfortable KING SIZE bed. The balcony has no neighbors. And a beautiful view too! The Italian shower is perfect, spacious and new. Only 45 km from Girona and Barcelona with the possibility of taking the train. All shops available on the beach of CALLELA 4 km away. We will come back because we had a great week there with our 2 children 5-9 years old (huge and comfortable sofa bed).

We went to spend a few days with our dog and felt right at home for the treatment received from Mª Aurora and her daughter Olalla! By having puppies they understand that they, they are one more and, they told us what ours, could camping at their own pace wherever I wanted and even, bathing in the pool. (Which is appreciated and, many hosts don't allow!, it's a plus for those of us traveling with our 4-legged friends!) They have an amazing Bbq area, big and roofed for if it rains, super spacious, it was a pleasant surprise! The house was just as shown in the photos, comfortable and with independent entrance at all times and how extra, say what a large fridge they have updated! We have been super comfortable, we look forward to seeing you again and also Roc and the little one, friendly dogs and a love!🥰
