Each bed is equipped with mattress protectors, duvets, pillows and bolsters with their protective covers. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) can be provided for an extra €20 and €10/additional bed. Accommodation for 2/3 people in the same 32 m2 room located in the village of Arques in the Aude in the heart of Cathar Country and at the gates of Corbières. Equipped accommodation, comfortable, beautifully furnished with neat decoration, very bright with private parking and two outdoor terraces. It consists of a room with an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a double bed and 1 single bed, a bathroom, sink, shower and toilet. The entry is independent.

The equipped kitchen (hob + gas oven, microwave, dishes, fridge and storage) + living room with table and bench + 2 small bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed ÷ 1 bedroom with 3 beds of 60 cm (SHEET RENTAL POSSIBLE)) + shower + toilet. A wooden terrace equipped with a bench, a table + 6 chairs BBQ Swing, ping pong table A corner of tranquility and nature!

Mauzac le blanc pétillant 4p. qualified at 4 stars. It is one of three apartments in Gites-terroirs-Occitanie Sparkling white, named after the grape variety from which a delicious, sparkling white wine is made in our region. A very spacious and comfortable apartment (85 m²) for one to four people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Mauzac has two separate bedrooms. We accept pets for a small fee.

Please note: for access to the pool, lake, sport infrastructure and organized activities, you need to book your stay via Domaine de L'Espinet. Renting our house does not give you access to these infrastructures.
