After renovating the Chateau de Candeze dating from 1480,located in one of the most beautiful villages in France,we rehabilitated the lower part of the castle,to make it an apartment of 100 m2 with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Boat on the Canal du Midi near Toulouse

The boat is located between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. This houseboat is rented as a river cottage; it won't be possible to sail. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi while staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are close by. (water games, equestrian center, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.
