Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Canal du Midi

We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is also. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Check-in and check-out was easy. There are clear instructions. On site there was a well-equipped kitchen, with both basics like sugar and flour as well as utensils like different pots and pans, even a crêpe pan :). The pool is small and cold, but it was fun. The house is right next to a large expressway with a toll station, and we often had to pay tolls when we went somewhere. Without a car, getting around is not easy, we had to walk at least 20 minutes to the tram, it ran until 0:00, then it only came back at 5:00. The surrounding area is very beautiful, within 40 minutes we were both in the city center of Montpellier and on breathtaking beaches.

We had a great stay in Tuchan. The accommodation is beautiful: very spacious, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Everything is designed for the comfort of the occupants. The bedding in the rooms is of good quality and allowed us to rest well. Small downside on the sofa bed, whose bedding is unfortunately very uncomfortable. The environment is particularly peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The garden is a real plus, very pleasant and perfectly suited for our dog who also enjoyed the place. Thank you so much for a great experience!

We had a great time. The location is excellent because you are in the middle of natural beauty all around. Whether it's a walk, a hike, a bike ride, a swim or a car adventure to visit the castles, medieval villages or historical sites of the French resistance. Frédéric is an excellent and gracious host who welcomed us to a special region of the south of France.

A haven of peace! A sublime building, tastefully renovated and decorated, with a breathtaking view of the countryside. Well-equipped, spacious, quiet rooms and bedding of the best comfort. The pool just downstairs is incredibly well equipped: lots of seating, toilets, very well-equipped kitchen, efficient and pleasant lighting, coffee maker and even dishwasher! A real gem worthy of an architect's magazine! BRAVO and THANK YOU

We loved our two nights at the farm. An amazing, beautiful, tranquil place with animals who make you feel right at home! Laurence was a generous and kind host. I highly recommend if peace and nature is what you seek.

Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous place, extremely well equipped and with great bedding! Everything was impeccable. Fabien was perfect, very welcoming, available, responsive with many useful tips... in short a host and a high quality accommodation. We had a great weekend and we'll be back with great pleasure! Very pleasant stay in this nice, well-equipped and well-appointed house. The subdivision is very quiet, the garden very pleasant, we were able to enjoy good moments of relaxation in this house. Host hosts are very responsive and available. We were hosted very well. I would recommend it!

The lodge is located in the middle of a beautiful natural environment. You can completely unwind there. We slept a total of 2 nights in the lodge because of our transit and went to explore the area by car. There is plenty to do for those who love sports activities and you can find nice wine farms and cheese shops to take home. The house was beautiful and the interior was well thought out. We recommend everyone to stay here!

The house is beautiful and in a great location. It is a really lovely space to relax in, as well as being very close to the quiet beach, and near to lots of good places to explore. Delphine is an excellent host; she took great care to welcome us and ensured that our stay in the house went well, which we really appreciated. We were sorry to leave and would love to stay in the house again in the future. Merci Delphine!

We had a wonderful time at Tom's! The house is lovingly furnished, super clean and totally cozy – especially the two fireplaces make it really cozy on cool days. The location is fantastically quiet with great views, which we enjoyed every day from the terrace. It was particularly nice that we could watch the animals from the terrace - cows, sheep, cats and many birds. Communication with Tom was great, uncomplicated and very friendly. Ideal for relaxing and hiking. We will be happy to come back!

A really unique and memorable place to stay, in a beautiful setting and gardens. The tower had everything we needed. We especially loved the roof terrace! Access was difficult with the roadworks but Thierry provided a map and guidance which was helpful.

A wonderful location overlooking the walla of the historic city. Well appointed with all you need to have a fantastic stay. Great to have outside space and a very sociable kitchen perfect for a days away woth friend or family. The fruit and patisseries were si welcome. Sixtine and Christine were wonderful hosts and so responsive. Highly recommended!

Febe and Joeri have created a truly special place — it’s the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. Tucked away by the river, it’s peaceful and surrounded by beautiful walking trails. And the sauna… absolutely amazing! The house itself is super cozy and full of charm. One of the highlights was their incredible breakfasts — everything is freshly made, using products from their own land or sourced locally. Febe and Joeri are wonderful hosts — kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They made sure we had everything we needed and even lent us a few extra things during our stay. We’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended!

We loved the night spent at the Dreamcatcher, the setting with the horses and the view of the red lands is beautiful and peaceful. Julien is a very welcoming and responsive host. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. We'll be back to try horseback riding!

We have just returned from a great 5 night break at Patrice's place (Magnolia de Bonheur). The location is really very Impressive indeed. The view from the pool deck is superb. The Gîte was exactly as described and very comfortable. The general property is very rustic and peaceful - totally relaxing and calm. Patrice is a very kind and considerate host and was always responsive and helpful when we had a couple of queries. Les Hauts de Jeanvert is definitely to be recommended.
