Hi everyone) We stayed with a young man for a month in November: the pros of the apartment: -Beautiful view from the window -Malenkits Supermarket with delicious bread 1 minute from the house -The apartment is very close to the beach -Wide nice beach -The host Jean Pear was in touch and responded quickly disadvantages of the apartment: - please note that there is no washing machine in the apartment, for someone it may be important. We did not pay attention to this in the beginning and understood when we already checked into the apartment. - The apartment is small. For two people for a month in the cold season, when you spend a lot of time in the apartment, it was cramped. - the kitchen, toilet and the building itself were old in my opinion another nuance in November and December in this building, like the city of Canet there are practically no people, the maximum was occupied 2-3 apartments in each of the buildings. It feels a bit unusual. For quiet lovers, it's perfect. But it was still unusual that almost no one lives in the house. All Happy Travels

Very pleasant small accommodation, clean and well-equipped. The air conditioning is very nice. The staircase can be scary.
