Holiday rentals with beach access in Cap d'Antibes

Booked this place mainly for the views! Could see us having coffee and a croissant in the mornings here and let me tell you, it was heaven! It’s a gorgeous apartment, in one of the most gorgeous streets in Antibes. So handy to everything, it was perfection. There’s a narrow staircase to access the apartment as well as another narrow (ladder like) staircase inside which are pictured. We stayed with our 6 month old (who is not yet crawling thankfully!) so we managed ok. Lugging gear in/out was worth it for the view. The payment is also beautifully kitted out and clean. The host also went out of her way to meet us on arrival and assist with getting our luggage to the apartment, THEN direct us to the nearest car park which she gave us access to during our stay. Honestly, this was absolutely god send. 10/10 stay. Thank you so much!

Everything about this apartment is great.. interior is Brand new with streamlined sleek furnishing.. Great location, fantastic view from the balcony.. Squeaky clean and clutter free.. It’s simply fantastic..

We had a great experience with Lise and her team. Timely and efficient, but flexible. Our arrival got delayed for traffic at the airport but there was no issue. Instructions at check-in were complete, the property equipped with all needed amenities (hair dryer, washing machine, coffee machine etc.) with nothing missing. The property is at the third floor of a nice building in the old ville, nicely furnished, and in the middle of the bustling life of Antibes. It is above restaurants and shops but it is not noisy, at the same time you feel in town and you are few minutes from Antibes' beaches, the market and the Picasso museum. Great for a family of 3/4. We would definitely come back.

What a fabulous stay in this wonderful flat, perfectly located in Antibes' old town, beautifully furnished, with everything that is possibly necessary, decorated with style, you instantly feel on holidays. The vibes and energies are great. Warmly welcomed by Thierry himself, who remains available to help out. There's literally everything needed to enjoy in and around the apartment. Thierry is simply great, very patient, super kind, an adorable host that makes you feel welcome and at home! We definitely recommend and can't wait to return!

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Really great home in an extremely walkable and safe location. Has all the amenities (plus extras) that you would need. Really appreciated the washing machine and drying rack in the little balcony area. Very quiet area and lots to see and do. Thanks for being so friendly and accommodating, Nadjib!

La communication avec Edouard s'est très bien passée. L'appartement est bien situé et la vue du balcon est magnifique. L'appartement est juste en face de la plage et pas loin du centre d'Antibes.

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

A really lovely Villa, beautifully decorated and well thought out. Very spacious and airy with a lovely peaceful private garden and pool. The location was ideal for exploring this area, as only a 10-15 min walk to the many restaurants and bars in Juan Les Pins and the beach. And only a 30 min picturesque walk to beautiful old town Antibes with its' many little shops, bars and restaurants, and a lovely Artisan Market. There is also a very handy Supermarket just 5-10 mins from the villa that has everything you might need whilst staying. We visited Monaco, Nice, and Grasse all on the train from Juan Les Pins which was easy to do and a very pretty ride along the coast. Grasse was a very quaint historic little town, and so pretty with all the flowers, markets and hanging umbrella's in the streets. Overall we had a fantastic time, and Nathalie couldn't have been more helpful and friendly showing us round and wishing us well when we left. A superb break with wonderful hosts. Thank you!

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Un logement parfait et reposant, situé dans un cadre idéal. Tout est pensé pour le confort, et cela se sent : nos hôtes prennent visiblement plaisir à accueillir. On a passé un très agréable moment. Merci !

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The apartment is exactly as described. It’s so close to the beach and restaurants and there was a small grocery store right below which was nice. We were also able to check in early which was greatly appreciated!

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

Izabela is a wonderful host. She took excellent care of me even went out of her way to have my favorite almond milk waiting for me. She's such a sweet soul and really cares about the experience and made sure that I felt very comfortable. Her place is beautiful. the location is central and I enjoyed my walks up the hill and discovering the garden hike as well as regular walks to the Palais and Croisette and Rue de Antibes. Really great experience overall! Highly recommend her place.

Très bon accueil. L'appartement est idéalement bien situé, à 5 minutes du centre ville et de la plage. Il est aussi fonctionnel avec une décoration au top. On s'y s'en très bien. Et le plus plus, la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et ses bateaux. Merci aussi à toutes les petites attentions qui nous attendaient et qui nous à éviter de courir pour faire le plein ! Nous reviendrons.

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias
