Holiday rentals with a patio in Capannori

Our stay was incredible! This place is a gem. It’s peaceful, quiet and the atmosphere is so friendly. We brought our little girls with us and they were so sad to leave. The restaurant is fabulous- you have to go to pizza night! The pool was perfect. We had great communication with Sabrina. We hope to be back in the future:)

This was a fantastic stay in a great location, right in the heart of the city center of Lucca. The apartment matched the description perfectly. It was especially convenient for anyone studying at LIS (Lucca Italian School). The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with luggage on both arrival and departure. The host was also very responsive whenever needed. The balcony was a big plus - as you are on the third floor, but you can step outside any time. We really enjoyed the birds outside. This place is highly recommended, and we would stay again the future.

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

WE had a delightful stay in the most beautiful surroundings. This place was on amazing grounds and it was just perfect for us as we love the country side. We were welcomed by the owners father Sandro and he was quite friendly and engaging …explaining everything we needed to know. Although we did not have an opportunity to meet Marie and Lorenzo, Marie was quite helpful before our trip and quickly answered all my MANY questions. The apartment was well appointed and so cute. A lovely welcome basket was there upon our arrival. Everything was really perfect in this quaint community that is very close to Lucca and Pisa if you want to take a side trip. We enjoyed it immensely/

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Unforgettable stay at the "Il Giardino" farm - authentic hospitality and total relaxation We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's "Il Giardino" farm, a corner of paradise immersed in the green hills of Lucca. The structure is cared for in every detail, welcoming, clean and perfectly integrated with the surrounding nature. You can breathe an atmosphere of peace and authenticity that is increasingly rare to find. Maurizio is an exceptional host: warm, helpful, attentive and always ready to offer valuable advice on the area, restaurants and the less touristy beauties of Lucca and its surroundings. His passion for the farm and hospitality shines through in every gesture, making us feel more like friends than guests. We recommend this experience to those looking for an authentic place to regenerate, away from the chaos but a stone's throw from the wonders of Tuscany. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home near Chianti. Clean and comfortable, with amazing vineyard/sunset views. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and they gave clear instructions. One thing to note is that the property is listed as "Entire Home", but it is actually a condominium that shares walls and outdoor common areas with the neighbors. There is a divider in the backyard between us and the neighbors, but it is not completely private. Overall, we had a great time here.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

Mariarita's accommodation is really a gem! The furnishings are lovingly, high-quality and tasteful down to the last detail. In addition, everything was extremely clean. We especially liked the outdoor seating and the beautiful garden (which, incidentally, is also remarkably well maintained). We had our e-bikes with us and arrived in Lucca in 40 minutes without stress. Mariarita and her husband are wonderful loving and friendly hosts and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Thank you for this wonderful stay and we would come back here immediately!

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Villino Isotta is a breathtaking accommodation, super in every aspect: location, cleanliness, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped, free parking is just a few steps away and a café is open until late in the evening. Outside, there is a patio overlooking the hills, a barbecue, and a swimming pool equipped with every comfort (hot shower, hot tub, sun loungers, wifi, etc.). Last but not least, the host Andrea, whom I thank for the incredible and constant attention to his guests from the first moment (welcoming us with a welcome aperitif) to the last. Always present but never intrusive, always available with advice to make your stay unforgettable, a person with an immense heart who manages this accommodation with passion and seriousness. It was hard to go home, we will definitely see each other again!

We thought Bonnie's place was incredible! The apartment was immaculate and so well appointed. It has been remodeled with two wonderful bathrooms, a great kitchen, and unlike most places in Italy, there is a separate washer and dryer, which we loved. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the center of Lucca, and also close to the wall. If I were ever to return to Lucca, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a quick stop in Pisa so Pauline’s place was perfect. Good walk from train station and to the Tower. Pizzeria just across from the outside door was spectacular. Very friendly and close when you are just beat from a day of travel. Pauline’s apartment was clean and ready for us. AC was great for the little heat wave we had. Slept great. Amazing Stay in Lucca! 20 mins from the heart of the town. The flat is great with plenty of space and all of the amenities to cook and enjoy a glass of vino. Gina and Matt were very responsive hosts who were both very helpful before and after our stay. 100% would book again.

I feel at home staying at Martino & Nicola’s place! it was a last minute booking but turns out to be comfiest space! It’s super clean, modern, quiet & peaceful as someone who likes staying in like me it’s perfect, have every kitchen tools you can think of and have joy cooking during my stay! Nicola was handing over the key during check in very clear instructions to the private car park. If you ever find yourself in Pontedera or surrounding I highly recommend staying there! would definitely come back if I found myself there!

We had such a lovely week at Martina's beautiful home. The setting is stunning. Despite very bad luck with weather and rain most days, we had lovely visits to Pisa, Lucca, Florence (by train), Montecatini Terme, Livorno and the beautiful coast at Marina di Pisa on the one sunny day! Martina is a kind and generous host and the delicious homemade tart on arrival was much appreciated and enjoyed! We enjoyed two different local pizzerias and the Co-op in Calci is a very handy supermarket. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 days with our 6 month old baby at this lovely apartment. It had all facilities needed and located close to the tower in Pisa but still very quiet area. Carolina was very proactive and reaching out to check up on us if we needed anything.

Excellent apartment, brand new, very clean and airy in a quiet area, close to the center of Pisa that can be reached on foot (15 min).

We've just returned from a week at Casa Claudio. It was perfect in every way. We had plenty of down time enjoying the garden and pool, with easy access to Pisa Centrale to visit Sienna,Florence, Lucca,Pisa and all the amazing cities. San Giuliano Terme has its own train station 30 mins walk from Casa Claudio, really easy to navigate using the train app. we found it comfortable to walk or cycle into town for shopping, train station or Pizzeria. Really no need to have a car. The accommodation we found amazing, so clean and modern. Rooms were vast and we loved the front porch, sitting each evening and morning listening to bird song while eating al fresco, so relaxing. The pool and sunloungers were fabulous, pool perfect temperature and so spotlessly, cleaned daily. we were left to enjoy all the amenities peacefully, yet our questions and enquiries were replied to within the hour. we felt well cared for, Claudio and Irene's hosting is perfect, even a lift to the airport on going home.
