Semi-detached house 300 meters from the beach

The semi-detached house is 300 meters from Stecchi beach, a small cove of about 26 meters, formed by mixed gravel, protected by a high pier once used for loading the minerals of a nearby quarry. slightly farther away another beach . Between the two beaches there are a couple of natural pools, formed in the cliff where there is the very small beach of Maretto. The beaches can be reached on foot along the path that winds through the forest, to the right of the gate.

This is a cosy house, just refurbished with all comforts, at south side of the Island, between Capoliveri and sea in Località Peducelli, sorrounded by a 500 meters garden with an beautiful view on the sea. the beach is about 10 minutes walking down the hill from home.
