Holiday rentals with beach access in Capoliveri

Wir hatten zu zweit einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Antonella. Die Wohnung ist hübsch (siehe Fotos), gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles hat prima funktioniert. Da es heiß war, haben wir von den Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern profitiert. Der Balkon ist groß und durch eine ausfahrbare Markise gut beschattet. Wir fanden die Lage am Hafen top, allerdings ist (siehe Beschreibung) stets bis 23 Uhr Leben auf der Gasse, muss man wissen. Antonella wohnt im selben Haus und ist gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit aber nicht omnipräsent, Privatsphäre wird respektiert. Wir mussten sehr spontan aus einem anderen Ort umziehen, sie hat das möglich gemacht. Vielen Dank.

Es war ein Traum. Also wer einen entspannten Urlaub, direkt am Strand machen möchte, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Ich plane schon meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Emanuela is so thoughtful and really cares about everything. We arrive to find breakfast snacks, biscuits, olive oil, coffee, water. Towels and bedding which you don’t always get in Elba. She is always there to help you and she just goes that extra mile… the room is nice and the garden where you can sit and eat is nice. You don’t often find someone like Emanuela who cares this much about your comfort

Bien situé, à 5 minutes de la plage. Petite épicerie juste à côté. Près des restos. C'était parfait.

L'appartamento è spazioso, molto ben arredato e attrezzato: non manca davvero nulla. La posizione è ottima, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia delle Ghiaie. Anche il centro storico di Portoferraio è facilmente raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata. È possibile parcheggiare tranquillamente lungo la via. Roberta è stata una host molto gentile e disponibile. Insomma, ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci piacerebbe tornare!

L'appartamento di Lorena è molto carino e super organizzato. È molto attenta a gli ospiti e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi e il paese. Super consigliato

Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Besonders beeindruckend ist der Blick vom Schlafzimmer - das Rauschen der Wellen sorgt für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Jedenfalls in der Nebensaison war es herrlich ruhig. Der Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft war ein großer Pluspunkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This host went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable. We arrived a bit late and he was so concerned that we got a meal that he went with us to ensure we could be . He was very hospitable and truly a good person.

Un piccolo angolo di relax e quiete a due passi dalla bellissima e tranquilla spiaggia di Nisportino. Ideale per chi cerca relax immerso nella natura. Umberto è davvero una persona disponibilissima e amichevole, sempre pronto a dispensare consigli sui luoghi e sulle attività disponibili all'Elba. Persona generosa, Umberto è socievole sia con i grandi che con i più piccoli, sa trasmettere un sacco di informazioni sulle piante e sugli animali che popolano la zona senza dimenticare la parte storica. L'appartamento gode di una vista spettacolare e regala tramonti mozzafiato nel silenzio della sera, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort. Chi cerca pace, tranquillità e natura non può perdersi questa piccola perla! Assolutamente consigliato!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem sehr großzügigen und sauberen Haus. Die kleine eher wenig besuchte Bucht ist direkt hinter der Unterkunft. Hier sollte man aber unbedingt an Schmimmschuhe denken, da sowohl am Strand als auch im Wasser große Kieselsteine vorhanden sind. Giacomo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereitser Geasgeber gewesen und war jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

Fede und Rosy sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach sympathisch. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft schön, und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und wirkt wie aus einem Bilderbuch – ruhig, idyllisch und total romantisch. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento tenuto benissimo e fornito, giardino splendido dal quale si riesce a vedere il mare, posizione comoda vicina al mare e al centro di Procchio. Sergio e la moglie hanno l'appuntamento al piano di sopra, sono sempre molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Un gioiello di tranquillità e bellezza. Soggiornare a Marcello’s Cove House è stata un'esperienza semplicemente meravigliosa. Fin dal primo momento, si percepisce la cura meticolosa dedicata ad ogni dettaglio, rendendo l'ambiente accogliente e raffinato. La pulizia è impeccabile. Il vero fiore all'occhiello sono senza dubbio il giardino e il portico: spazi esterni fantastici, pensati per godersi appieno la convivialità. Abbiamo trascorso serate indimenticabili cenando all'aperto immersi in un'oasi di pace e bellezza. La posizione è strategica: a pochi passi dal mare e da tutti i servizi necessari, ma allo stesso tempo defilata quanto basta per garantire una privacy impagabile. Un vero rifugio dove staccare dalla routine. Il sig. Giovanni è stato un host molto attento e disponibile. Non posso che consigliare vivamente Marcello’s Cove House a chiunque cerchi una casa curata, confortevole e con spazi esterni da vivere con l’amico a 4 zampe.

Diana und ihre Familie reagiert sehr schnell und freundlich auf alles, sehr guter Service. Das Appartement liegt leicht oberhalb vom Strand an einer Straße, welche man aber so gut wie gar nicht hört und diese somit auch nicht stört. Zum Strand kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 1-2 Minuten. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Wir haben im Garten gegrillt, was auch super funktioniert hat. Bei uns war zu jederzeit eine nette Katze vor der Tür bzw. im Garten, das störte uns nicht, jedoch bei Allergikern vielleicht erwähnenswert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenhalt.

Wir waren Ende September eine Woche als Familie mit zwei Kindern in der Wohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, mit einer schönen Sicht auf den Hafen und die Piazza. Die Piazza ist belebt, aber die Fenster neu und schliessen gut. Zudem geht eines der Schlafzimmer nach hinten auf eine ruhigere Gasse. Die Wohnung ist äusserst geräumig und stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist alles vorhanden, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Tolle Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage direkt am Strand. Mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, insbesondere die Küche hat alles zum selber kochen. Matteo ist ebenfalls ein netter Gastgeber und stets erreichbar. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)

La posizione è ottima sia per girare l’isola sia per andare comodamente alla spiaggia di Lacona a piedi, la vista è molto bella e si è praticamente a due passi da un ristorantino/bar molto buono. Il bagno è grande e piuttosto comodo, l’area esterna idem ed è molto tranquilla. Il divano letto è un po’ scomodo ma complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. Occhio al frigo, non ha uno spazio per congelare che poteva tornare utile a chi come noi aveva portato i ghiaccetti per la borsa frigo.
