My family and I loved this place so peaceful no one bothering in anyway the rooftop pool amazing the times we were there it was empty, also ale made our stay so easy she help us get a rental car and the rental please were able to dropped off at the apartment. Everyone was friendly and helpful so don’t doubt about this place everything is like the pictures show you, you will love it

Super mega recommended, it's the second time I've stayed at this place. You have access to a private beach pool and the best, access to a restaurant and buffet breakfast. When you leave, you walk 10 minutes to the Chedraui and it's a journey that you enjoy a lot when walking. It's the ideal place if you go as a family, a super safe area in the middle of the hotel zone and a super beautiful blue beach. You don't walk more than 50 steps from the pool to the beach. The best hosts, super attentive and reliable, even helped me with my return transportation. The place is impeccable, it has air conditioning, super good size TVs, super comfortable beds. If you are reading this, book with them, they are the best. It's not for nothing that this is my second time booking and you save extra expenses of moving to beaches. Here you have everything.

We had a great time staying at Yadira Andrea’s Airbnb! We loved the decor and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We were able to see the fireworks from the Hotel Zone. The mall was right next door to the apartment building. It’s a prime location. We were able to take walks and enjoy a nice meal nearby or just shop. Thank you Diana for being attentive and making sure we were great throughout our stay.

My family and I had a blast. We all felt right at home. The place is safe and everyone was so nice. The kids loved that it had a clean pool. The place was close to shops, restaurants, beaches, and the strip. We would recommend this place to anyone.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

We had a really good time at Julio’s place which is centrally located above the Plaza Las Americas. There is a big food court in the mall plus Uber Eats can deliver to the location. Most of the activities in and around Cancun had a meetup point at the mall so that was very convenient. Building is super secure with a locked door which has 24/7 security present and you have to tap your card for the elevators to go upto your floor. Amenities included an amazing and clean swimming pool and a gym. Julio was really helpful when we reached out to him for anything and recommended a few places too! I would highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay, Frankie explained the rules of both the Hotel and the condominium and the activities that take place in this place very well. I would definitely stay there again, as they have an ideal Waterpark for children and the hotel gives you the option of an all-inclusive day if you already have other activities on your agenda (highly recommended). I really enjoyed my 5 night stay at Marielas place. It was truly just steps from the ocean and the pool. I rented a chair at the beach club one day and the service was great. It was 900 pesos for the day and you but you get 600 pesos in credit for food and drinks. My stay was in mid May and the pool and the beach didn’t really fill up with people until late afternoon. Since the condo is right above the pool you could hear the beach club music inside but it wasn’t a problem for me. Mariela and Lucy were very communicative before the stay and I didn’t have any issues or questions for them but I feel like they would have responded right away if I needed something from them. The condo location was very walkable and felt like a safe area for me to walk around in alone. I would stay again for sure.

Very well located the house in a private and quiet area, as soon as we arrived everything clean and Eli left us the clear instructions for access. I stayed with my parents and they loved the place, they commented that the next time they come they want to stay right here again, there were convenience stores and places within walking distance, the use of the car was not necessary.

Great place to stay quite and peaceful

My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

We only stayed one night. The accommodation is very good, in good condition, all the utensils in good condition, without unpleasant odors or things like that.

The location of the house is primo! We found the family environment safe and a perfect way to experience the island culture. We will definitely visit again!
