The location is excellent, inside a hotel with security and a beautiful view. Impeccable cleanliness, easy access, well-equipped kitchenette, 24/7 functional refrigerator, air conditioning and very clean bathroom. Julio and Aileen are super attentive hosts. The routes pass right outside and the tours pick you up right there. It's not a resort, but it's more than good. Only detail: be careful when entering/leaving the shower-tub due to the height. Even so, everything was perfect! I would return without hesitation! Highly recommended, 5 stars!! Thank you very much for everything, 100% recommended, place, host, stay, everything!

First, I want to say that it was very easy to get to the location. Once we got there we were greeted by Raquel. She was so nice and professional. She helped our check in go smoothly. The condo was clean and just as pictured. We had everything we needed. From the kitchen to downstairs in the bedroom. We felt very safe and enjoyed the fact that it was quiet. Everyone we encountered was very nice. We had so many stores near by that were walkable. We ordered pizza one night and had no prob with the delivery. Got a drink from the bar by pool and enjoyed some relaxation time. We walked by the beach & took amazing photos for the memories. We had the mall right across the street if you enjoy shopping. We loved the fact that it was very easy for our pick ups when we were out and about on our tours. Eduardo was very responsive and his instructions were very clear. I wish I could’ve just stayed & live there as I found it a home away from home. Cant wait to be back!!! Yuumbotik!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Everything was excellent!! The arrival instructions were clear and even allowed us to store our luggage in advance and we are very grateful. Few hosts currently allow it. They welcomed us and showed us the apartment's amenities. The truth is, we were delighted with the apartment, the pool, the very quiet area and if you don't have a car you can move around at all times on Route 1 or Uber, The host also made some recommendations. We felt at home, we didn't want to leave. The pool is huge, we rested very well and without a doubt you feel that they strive to keep everything good for their guest and I insist, it is appreciated. Do not hesitate to book it, believe me it will be worth it. As mentioned, right in front is the xailing pier to Isla Mujeres. Another thing, it also has a washing machine with clear instructions for its use. I confirm, I totally recommend the accommodation.

My stay was great! As a solo traveler felt safe and was able to easily work remotely. Home as pictured. The host was wonderful with communication. The community is gated and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay unattached from the tourist areas this is it. I agree with other reviews about having a car when staying here. What you need is close but not walkable, hop on the bus close. I worked from home most days so Ubered when I needed to and ordered Uber Eats on the days I wanted to enjoy being home. Take a walk through the neighborhood for the outdoor playground and exercise area in the neighborhood.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

I wish I could leave a 10 star review . We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! Veronica’s home was AMAZINGGGGG !! The place was exactly as described , clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far from the hotel Zone but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, attentive , and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated how responsive both Veronica and her husband Peter were throughout our stay . Definitely made my first experience out of the country worth wild !! And the rooftop pool? Definitely a great touch , it made our trip feel extra special !! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

This AirBnb was every bit as described. It’s located in downtown Cancun outside of the Hotel Zone and it truly makes you feel like a local. Lots to do within walking distance and Caroline and Hector are SUPER responsive. This is the place. Super clean

My family and I had a blast. We all felt right at home. The place is safe and everyone was so nice. The kids loved that it had a clean pool. The place was close to shops, restaurants, beaches, and the strip. We would recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. This place was exactly as advertised! It was actually better than I thought! Me and my wife loved it and considered it our honeymoon! Even though we travel to a few other places prior to this within the last six months! That should tell you how much we loved this place. I’m definitely coming back!

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

the apartment is very nice (it matches 100% with the photographs), it has all the amenities that are required in a home, so we didn't have to worry about anything, other than enjoying ourselves. The pools are beautiful, clean and with the right temperature for swimming, in addition to having pleasant palapas for those who do not want to swim. And as for the attention received, it was very good, since they are always attentive to the needs and doubts that we have. They really make you feel right at home. Recommended in 100

Incredible Airbnb Stay with Stunning Ocean Views My wife and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb it completely exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the ocean from the balcony. We spent every morning enjoying coffee while watching the sunrise, and every evening winding down with the sound of the waves in the background. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a smooth check-in and a perfect stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place.
