The Beach Hut is an annexe attached to our home in Carbis Bay. It has 2 bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor, then open plan living on the first floor with lovely sea views. Parking can fit 2 cars. EV charging available at an extra cost by prior arrangement. It takes just 10 minutes to walk down to the beach or 25 minutes to walk to St Ives. There's a local pub and some excellent restaurants close by, plus a well stocked supermarket. Please see below with regards to babies & children.

The Boat House, Carbis Bay, St Ives

Perfect space for couples. One bedroom with king sized bed with the only shower room being en-suite to it. Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double at £10 pppn). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Pets considered at extra £20 per stay, cost to be applied separately.
