Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

It is close to Lagny sur Marne (5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bus), the parish of Lagny Notre Dame des Ardents, a very beautiful square with a fountain, Disneyland Paris, Paris and Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport. The A4 highway is just minutes from the house.
