Our Stay was fantastic, the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We booked the picnic which was superb and the setting was amazing. We also hired the electric bikes and had a breakfast on our last morning in the courtyard looking out at the scenery. To sum it up if you want a peaceful, relaxing, scenic and historic place to stay close to Verona this is perfect. And don't forget the important bit.....the amazing wine

Alessandro’s & Anna’s Place is a beautiful small piece of Italian history tucked away in a natural setting with mature trees, gardens, groves and vineyards, which have been fed by the thermal spring waters. If you want to feel like you are on your own private Royal getaway and enjoy close and easy car access to Venice, Padua, Verona and all the quaint little villages, like Aqua Petraca near Monselice, or if you simply want to enjoy a dip in the private spa waters, or natural thermal springs, this is the place to relax, so look no more. We had a great stay at Franzi’s apartment in Bolzano. We were there for a month and worked there remotely for some of that - there’s a second screen and dedicated desk and desk chair which is really helpful. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you might want to cook and all the appliances work great. Bolzano and South Tirol are beautiful and there’s so much to do. The guest card also means you can can travel around the region for free and the buses and trains were all punctual, clean and reliable.

Francesca und Nico haben eine wunderschöne Oase im Herzen der Dolomiten erschaffen. Schon die Begrüßung in der Wohnung war überdurchschnittlich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Francesca stand immer für Fragen bereit und konnte uns tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Dolomiten mit an die Hand geben. Sie kümmert sich liebevoll um die Gäste! Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Ausstattung ist exzellent und entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung des Inserats. Man spürt mit wie viel Liebe sie gestalten wurde, sodass wir uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Dadurch haben wir wundervolle erholsame Tage genießen können. Lange kamen wir nicht mehr so zur Ruhe. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ist die Lage ideal. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung jedem von Herzen und werden selbst sicher wiederkommen!

We absolutely recommend this place! It’s a bit off the beaten path and wonderfully quiet – perfect for relaxing. You can spend lovely evenings outside, and the surroundings are just beautiful. If you’re looking to escape the stress of everyday life, this is the ideal spot. The accommodation is clean, cozy, and smells like wood the moment you walk in – such a warm and welcoming feeling. There were four of us, and we all had a real “wow” moment when we arrived. Alex greeted us personally at both check-in and check-out, which made the stay feel even more personal. Alloggio pulito, comodo, spazioso e con tutto il necessario. In un borgo in mezzo alla natura, ottimo per fare vedere le mucche alla bimba 😉 Livio molto gentile e disponibile. Unico piccolissimo neo la porta d'ingresso a vetri che fa passare un po' troppa luce al mattino, ma facilmente risolvibile temporaneamente appendendo un plaid alla porta

We spent five nights here, immersing ourselves in the tranquility of this enchanting village. The journey to Stramare was a perfect prelude to the serenity that awaited us. The village with its stone houses felt like a step back in time. Our stay in the lovingly restored house was a blend of rustic charm and comfort. The antique furnishings and the cozy atmosphere made it a delightful retreat. Traveling with our dog was a joy – the peaceful surroundings and nature trails were perfect for long walks. A special thanks to Mariano, who lives just next door. He was welcoming and shared wonderful local restaurant recommendations that truly enriched our experience. Thank you for preserving this magical place and its traditions. It’s a rare gem that allows visitors to experience true peace and connection with nature.

Super, nous avons passer un weekend agréable dans une chambre qui correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Dans la description il est mis qu’il n’y a pas de linge fournie, savons, sèche cheveux… mais tous est bien à disposition dans la chambre c’est top !
