Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Carrara

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Carolina is very helpful and communicates well. Her place is in a safe, quiet, beautiful location with restaurants nearby. Didn’t use kitchen because we ate local food which was delicious. Really appreciated the cleanliness. View is spectacular!! Washer works and clothes dry quickly on clothesline. It was really hot but thankfully a/c saved us! Only negative is the sewage smell in the bathroom, but not sure if that’s something she can change…she does have air fresheners in there. Shower was clean and worked great. We slept well and are grateful for our time there. ❤️🇮🇹

This is not a simple review: what I am about to write is a certificate of esteem and gratitude towards Samuele and Gianna. Hosting in the true sense of the word is not for everyone. Nothing sterile, but rather a step-by-step accompaniment in every way, with care and attention to our every need. That there was not because the house was an impeccable support, there was absolutely nothing missing and ours was a perfect weekend, as well as their welcome. We wish there were more hosts like this, ♥️ thanks to Ale, Marco and Alessia!

The accommodation and the amenities as well as the location completely exceeded my expectations! I attach great importance to cleanliness and tidiness, the accommodation, the furniture, the linen and towels, everything was simply spotless - like new! As if we were the first guests:) In addition, the hosts have thought of every single detail, the apartment has everything you need. Not to mention the design and tasteful little things, everything very warmly furnished: all this makes this stay my best experience with Airbnb! Thank you for everything! We'll be back for sure!

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Annalisa's and Viola's property. Annalisa met us in at the main street to lead the way to the unit so check in was a breeze. I stayed here with my 6 year old and husband. Husband slept on the pullout couch and he was comfortable. Plenty of amenities and the ocean breeze through the front door was refreshing. A great base to explore the other towns.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

A beautiful house and location, with all the facilities you need. Very friendly host who met us on arrival and was always available to answer any questions we had, the house was clean and tidy inside and the private garden & pool was so peaceful. We had a lovely dinner in their restaurant and were made to feel so welcome, if we return to Metato we will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

This is a gem of a place. The name says “Tiny” but it is not tiny at all. It’s very spacious! Good location, close to nice beaches. Large supermarket close by. Very quiet compound. Inside was cool despite blistering heat outside. Fantastic amenities. Everything we needed and more. Will come again and will recommend others ;)

The apartment is very nice, newly renovated, well prepared to receive guests. Simone was a host with excellent communication and provided us with clear instructions. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is right in the heart of the historic center of Pietrasanta. We'll be happy to come back!

Ideally located accommodation to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!

We liked it very much and everything was good. Could sleep well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper and etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room top equipped. But what would still be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise, everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.
