It is 3 km from the city and 200 meters from the city bus stop which in 25 minutes reaches the historic center of Florence and the Central Station. The apartment has a reserved parking space on the property. Available to guests, sofas and sun loungers in the garden. From the living room, you can access the beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside for outdoor breakfasts and dinners.

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
