By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

È ben servito dai mezzi pubblici,dal car sharing e bike. The apartment is part of a late 1800s farmhouse renovated while maintaining its original structure: exposed wooden ceiling, fireplace, part of the original furniture. Available outside: gazebo with table, armchairs, grill. Surrounded by 3 hectares of owned land with a lake. Wi-Fi network available, also suitable for smart working.
