Holiday rentals with a patio in Casamicciola Terme

Este hospedaje es mucho más lindo que las fotos, todos los detalles son hermosos, el espacio es perfecto, muy bonito decorado, todo es cómodo y no falta nada. El patio y jardín son un oasis, el barrio es de lo más pintoresco y muy bien ubicado a unos metros de la estación de tren. Tiene restaurantes cerca y una avenida con negocios. Alessia y su familia fueron de lo más amables, atentos a todo y muy amables. Quiero volver !!

L'appartement est un bijoux au coeur de Naples, idéalement placé. les fenêtres s'ouvrent sur la place san Domenico. La décoration est soignée, l'appartement est confortable . Mark et Francesca sont réactifs à chaque demande, et font ce qu'il faut pour faciliter votre séjour. Nous allons retenir cette adresse et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ich habe die kurze Zeit in der ich da war sehr genossen. Ich hatte das Art Deco Zimmer und als ehemaliger Raumausstatter war das Zimmer für mich perfekt eingerichtet. Ein Kunstwerk von Art Deco Zimmer. Dario hat aus dieser Wohnung die in San Marco liegt ein Juwel geschaffen.Durch den 5. Stock hat man einen traumhaften Anblick auf den Vesuv.Ich hatte das Glück den Sonnenaufgang zu erleben. Ein Anblick für die Ewigkeit! Dario war ein sehr guter Kommunikationspartner. Ich war schon mehrmals in Neapel.. und habe gute Airbnbs kennengelernt.. aber das sticht echt heraus. Ich komme wieder und werde es meinen Freunden erzählen! Dario ! Great place to stay! This was the textbook good AirBnB experience, as AirBnB should be. Location: Easy walk from the port (though expect some uneven pavement). Very close to the beach. Full of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to a supermarket. Apartment: Bigger than I expected from the photos. The balcony is amazing. High ceilings. Fairly well equipped. And (which is not always my AirBnB experience) things worked! No broken stuff, no need to figure things out, plug things in, etc. Communication, check in, check out, etc.: couldn't have been better. By the way the island has a surprisingly good public transport system. Very frequent buses, for about €2. Bus station is not too far either. I recommend looking into it.

We had a comfortable stay at Angel's property. Everything was clean and as per the description. The apartment is very well located and there are amazing restaurants and the sea at a walking distance.

What an amazing find!! Location was great and easy to use metro right there with 2-4 min walking! Found lots of yummy restaurants and fun tours. The place has everything you would need to eat right at home. All all the necessities were there. Giovanni was an amazing host and helped us get a private boat tour which was so much fun!! Highly recommend this place. I came with two teenagers and they picked it for the ping pong table..haha. But it was fun for the whole family!

Really enjoyed our stay. a bit of an oasis compared with the crowds elsewhere on the coast. wonderful restaurant around the corner (downstairs) pretty sunsets at the Marina (make sure the busses are running to take you back up).

Incroyable séjour chez Vittoria. Accueil de qualité et très sympathique avec tout ce qu’il faut savoir sur Capri. Le logement est 100% fidèle à la description, donc pas grand chose à ajouter sauf ce point (très important ) : Le logement donne accès à un passage permettant d’être au port de Marina Grande en moins de 3min, sans passer par la rue, super utile !! Le logement est magnifique, très calme et le vue est exceptionnelle. Idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4. La cuisine est également très pratique. Je recommande ++++

Ein Traum direkt am Strand! Die Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – direkt am Meer, mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Jeden Morgen mit Meeresrauschen aufzuwachen und den Tag mit dieser atemberaubenden Aussicht zu beginnen, war ein echtes Highlight. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders toll: die Außendusche – nach einem Strandtag eine erfrischende Abkühlung unter freiem Himmel, mit Blick aufs Wasser. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann diesen Ort absolut weiterempfehlen – ich komme definitiv wieder!

During my 2 week Italy trip I stayed in 5 air b and b and this place by far is my favorite!!! I wish I’d stayed longer! I will be coming back in October with my husband this time. Claudia was very pleasant and super helpful with checkin and checkout process. Most amenities provided from air dryer, shampoo to iron/steamer and of course the washing machine was our saving grace on this trip!

Abbiamo pernottato per 4 notti. Casa pulita bella e molto ben arredata, dai bagni alla camera da letto alla cucina. Fornita come una cucina personale per poter cucinare e fare qualsiasi tipo di pasto. Bagno perfetto con ampia doccia rettangolare. Arrivati con uno Scooter noleggiato a Ischia porto, Rosanna ci ha aiutato anche per il noleggio consigliandoci Mazzella. Giardino confinante con un altro appartamento ma nella completa riservatezza. Inoltre c'è uno spazio per la lavanderia, con uno stendino a muro per asciugare i vestiti, una doccia esterna, e completa di condizionatori. Insomma siamo stati divinamente. Preciso che per trovare l'alloggio siamo dovuti entrare e percorrere tutto il vicolo con varie curve e alla fine c'è l'appartamento. Fantastica Rosanna grazie ancora ritorneremo!

Simply beautiful flat with the best view ever! Highly recommend this property. Gennaro is more than helpful with every aspect of visiting Bacoli. We chose not to have a rental car and he arranged local drivers for us. Thanks so much for adding to an already amazing vacation for us!

Marco was a fantastic and responsive host. We were able to leave bags whilst exploring the city which was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipt with everything we needed. The terrace was a great size and has views of a beautiful church and tower. Beds were very comfortable and the appartment was spotless. The building has a very friendly concierge during the week and a lift. Great location close to restaurants, bars and the port :) I would definitely stay again! 지금까지 이용해 본 에어비앤비 숙소 중 가장 좋았어요. 호스트인 Corrado는 매우 친절한 사람이였어요. 그는 우리를 약속장소에 마중나와 숙소까지 친절하게 안내해 주었어요. 숙소는 3층이라 엘레베이터가 없는데 그가 우리의 무거운 캐리어를 들어주었습니다. 그리고 집을 하나하나 매우 친절하게 안내해 주었으며, 웰컴 와인과 필요한 물도 제공해 주었어요. 그리고 그는 나폴리 가이드 및 숙소 내에서 필요한 것들을 편하게 물어보라고 친절하게 알려주었어요. 나가는 날에도 그는 우리가 말한 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰 나중나와 주었고 우리의 짐을 들어주었어요. Corrado는 우리가 정말 나폴리에서 행복한 기억을 만들고 갔으면 하는 것 같아요. 그의 친절함과 따스함은 우리 마음에 계속 남을 것이며, 덕분에 나폴리에서 좋은 추억을 가지고 갈 수 있었습니다.

We had a wonderful stay in Capri and couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience! The apartment was perfect for us as a couple — clean, spacious, and beautifully located. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the island so easy and enjoyable. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and full of great local tips that made our time in Capri even more special. From restaurant recommendations to hidden spots we wouldn’t have found on our own — she truly went above and beyond. We felt completely at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a lovely, well-located place with a wonderful host!

The house was amazing! Very clean and exactly as described. Louka was a fantastic host—he welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the parking and the apartment. The location of the house was excellent, right next to a train station that’s about 20–25 minutes from the city center. Everything you might need is within walking distance. We would definitely choose this house again!

Carlos’s apartment was the perfect base for our quick city break in Naples. The space is surprisingly large, spotless, and finished in a sleek, modern style that feels brand-new. Check-in was straightforward, communication easy, and everything—from linens to kitchenware—was immaculate. The location made it simple to reach the main sights, then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home at the end of the day. We left very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for anyone planning a short stay in Naples!

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

Giovanni’s place was exactly as described. Clean, safe, and within walking distance to mostly everything you need. He was a fantastic host and remained in great communication throughout our stay for everything we needed. Dino the security guard was also very pleasant and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!
