It is a very quiet, spacious, fresh place, but you can reach the center of Florence in less than 20 minutes: leaving the car at the small Fiesole/Caldine train station (2.4 km) and arriving at the Florence SMN station, a short distance from Piazza Duomo. The house is a portion of the villa, on the lower floor there is a second apartment with an independent entrance.
