The house is located in a very quite "borgo" not many cars, just the sound of the river and birds while you are enjoying your al fresco dinner in the private garden, under the wisteria canopy. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
