Monthly Rentals in Castel San Gimignano

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

The apartment is very well equipped and above all pleasantly cool when it is hot outside. The seat in front of the entrance offers a beautiful view of the typical Tuscan landscape, you are in the middle of nature (lizards, deer, fireflies, many different birds...). Nevertheless, an excellent starting point for excursions. Everything was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the on-site care of Cathy and Fabio warm. Full recommendation from us!

Our stay at Cinzia and her husband's was wonderful. The accommodation is extremely quiet, as it is located away from the city. Large garden, very pleasant and furnished to relax (hammocks, rocking chairs and tables for eating). The apartment is located in a large old building, it is large and has a lot of character. Despite the hot summer weather, we were very comfortable and slept very well because it stays cool and all the windows have mosquito nets. Perfectly equipped and clean. We came with our 1-year-old daughter who was very happy there. It is also very well located for visiting Tuscany, its cities and countryside. We swam several times in the Elsa river 20 minutes from the house, and it was really very nice. In short, we loved it and highly recommend it. Finally, Cinzia is a generous and very friendly person. She is an attentive and accommodating host. Thank you!

A small peaceful corner 200m from the tumult of San Giminiano, with a nice garden where we had all our meals with the smell of jasmine. We would definitely recommend it!
