Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, the document of only one guest, the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the entire group, for the entire stay) and the tourist tax will be requested. Your data is shared only with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. Beautiful newly renovated apartment, located on the mezzanine floor with a fantastic view of the condominium garden. All the furniture is new and of excellent quality, carefully selected for the realization of a welcoming and comfortable home. Air conditioning throughout the house and very fast internet wifi. The area is very quiet and is very close to Piazza San Marco (7-8 min walking) and to the main ferry terminals (5-6 min walking).
